How long is the order processing time?

Typically your order would be processed within 24 hours. However, during peak seasons e.g. GSS, Thanksgiving and Christmas holidays when demand increases significantly, our processing time may become longer. With that said, we try our best to ship your order as fast as we can.

How do I make an exchange?

We only cater exchange for defective items (out-of-box failure) or wrongly delivered items. Please contact us to discuss should that happen to your order.

What kinds of payment methods do you accept?

Our in-store payment system is powered by Paypal. All the commonly-used digital payment methods are available upon checkout.

Are there gift-wrapping and personalized message services?

Yes. We do offer on-demand gift-wrapping and personalized message services. Additional charges would be incurred. Have a chat with us on WhatsApp and tell us how you want to do it.

Do you have an offline physical store?

At this moment, My Chouchou & Growly only operates online. However, we may have offline retail partners for certain products. And occasionally we may have pop-ups / trunk shows in department stores. Please subscribe to our newsletters, or follow us on Instagram and Facebook to track our where-about in Singapore. With the hope that CV-19 pandemic will significantly improve, we will be organizing promotional events e.g. kids' playgroups and parties to connect with you and the children. It is also our aspiration to set up a physical Concept Store and provide actual play experience before consumers making purchase decisions. We are hoping to realize this in 2022.
